Professional Responsibility runs through the whole of the Paralegal licensing examination rather than sitting in a section of its own: a conduct question arrives inside a subject's fact pattern, in Canadian Law, Civil Litigation, Criminal and Quasi-Criminal Law, and Administrative Law. The paralegal rules are their own code, with their own duties around scope of practice, so these quizzes are written for the paralegal paper and nothing else.
For a paralegal the conduct question arrives inside the file you are already running: the prospective client whose matter is outside what a paralegal may take on, the landlord who wants you to act against a tenant you once advised, the retainer money that has to go into trust before a word of work is done, the client who asks you to stretch a deadline nobody agreed to. These three quizzes are set in those situations, so the rule is learned in the place it will be tested.
